Montana sapphire 4 prong ring.  3mm (.14 ct) comes in sizes 4, 5, 6 & 7  This  ring with the 3mm stone does have high set prongs.

4.5mm (.45 ct) rings comes in size 6 1/2 and prongs do not sit up high.
